I saw this post on a blog that I love, The Cholocate Mile (http://thechocolatemile.com/2012/07/the-alphabet-of-things-i-love/) and thought that I would follow suit to let people get to know me a little better. So….. here is a list of some of the things I love!
A: Asparagus – doesn’t matter how you make it, I just can’t get enough. And since I don’t have that weird genetic thing that makes your pee smells, I can eat as much as I want!
D: Dance! I’m not a fantastic dancer, but it’s one of the places that I can completely let go.
E: Eyebrows… People without them freak me out (i.e. Jennifer Lopez in Anaconda before she got famous)
F: Freckles. I have them everywhere!
G: My favorite color is green.
H: Hot tubs are my #2 way to relax (#1 is getting a massage, but it’s soo expensive! Gah!)
I: I-Pass. I live near Chicago. The tollways can eat your life getting all backed up. Plus my dad’s company installed them.
J: Juggling. Figuratively and literally. I can’t do the one, but I do the other daily.
K: Keyless entry. Just makes me life easier since my hands are almost always full.
L: Lifting…. makes me feel like a bad ass everytime I hit the weights. I LOVE to play in the “boy section” of the gym!
M: Merrell – best barefoot/minimalist shoes ever (I own like 10 pairs!)
O: Open air. I went to college in Iowa and love the wide open spaces. I’m a country girl at heart.
P: Peyton, my dog. She’s little and adorable and a gret cuddler (even if she gets white dog hair on EVERYTHING…)
Q: Quiet. Sometimes it’s necessary to just slow down a bit.
R: Running…. there’s a love/hate relationship there….
S: Slacklining. You wouldn’t believe how difficult and yet satisfying it is until you do it!
T: Thunderstorms. Especially if I can sit on my porch and watch them break loose
U: Under Armour. Ridiculously overpriced awesomeness.
V: Vegetarian sushi. I’m allergic to seafood, so this is the best I can do.
X: x’s and o’s. Who doesn’t love hugs and kisses (or tic tac toe?)
Y: Yellow – It’s just a happy color!
Z: Zen. I don’t really practice, but generalize it as a calmness in my life.
