Goals? Got ‘em.

So one of my fellow Sweat Pink sisters is running this awesome program called the Weekly Chase on her blog (http://liveloveandrun.com/2012/06/the-weekly-chase-setting-goals/) that is all about setting public goals and working towards meeting them. Plus she is adding in some awesome giveaways as well. What a fantastic idea, right?
So my goals for the week are the following:

*Workouts: Get my booty out of bed each morning and over to the gym for a 30-45 minute workout.

*Running: Complete a long run outside (about 5 miles at this point). Don’t sweat the time, just get the miles in.

*Sleeping: Stop staying up til all hours of the night playing with my website/blog/FB page, etc. Life will go on from 10 pm til 5:30 am without me being on my computer.

What are your goals for the week?

  4. Good luck with your goals this week! I like “don’t sweat the time, just get the miles in.” I need to remember that when I run.
